Irate Sri Lankan cricket fans flay cricketer-turned-commentator Ranjit Fernando for allegedly mispronouncing names and siding with opponents at the ongoing World Cup.
They accuse him of bad English,a lack of cricketing knowledge,monotonous delivery and echoing his co-commentator's expressions.
"He only has to utter the words 'the batsmen are looking very comfortable out in the middle' for a wicket to fall," complains a fan.
Good Laugh
"Its a good laugh when he starts off a long sentence, and towards the end there is no connection to the start." told another fan.

Ranjit Fernando uses some of the hackneyed phrases like "breaking the shackles", "sweeps and sweeps well", "the pitch has good carry" and "this is a pressure cooker situation", Its four.Oh no!He's out!He's clean bowled!I thought it went for four!".
Also some fans invites others to petition to Sri Lanka Cricket Board to get Fernando replaced by someone else.
